As you all know, this fan base isn't much taken care of.

Anyway, now...we would like your help.

I would like to know who is really willing to run this fan base and keep it updated at least once a week or so.

Please send a note with title "Adminstrator"

I'll be around here for a few week. May 25th I'll be in hiatus and assigning two additional members who will monitor the activities in this fan base.

• Joining/Affiliating

Two possibilities:

1) Leave a note to us stating your desire to join/affiliate! If possible, put "joining"/"affiliating" or something like that as subject (note: you DON't have to do this, it's just so we can keep our Inbox more organized)

2) Leave a comment on the main page stating your desire to join (note: we PREFER that you send us a note instead, easier to keep track, but, again, we DON'T demand this)

We will reply to you, for you to know when you are in. When this happens (or before it, we don't deny anybody), just put our icon on your journal (If you are newbies and don't know how to do this, just ask, lol). It's also advisable that you watch us, for obvious reasons

.::NOTE #1::. We have a free admission policy...Everybody is welcome! We aren't going to judge if you like Opeth enough or not, or if you have or haven't enough pageviews, or whatever. If you like Opeth, JOIN US!

.::NOTE #2::. We're obviously not going to check everybody's journal, and we're also not going to remove anyone for not having our icon...But if you REALLY like opeth, you WILL have our icon proudly on your journal, so no fuss about that


• Submitting

Also, two possibilities:

1) eMail your work to us! Send your work to Opethfans@gmail.com Please mention the category of the deviation, just in case
(If you want us to include your personal comments when submitting your work, write and identify them)

2) Submit the work on YOUR page, and send us a note with the link to it. We will then submit your work here...

.::NOTE #1::. If possible, either on mail or note, put "*deviation title* by *deviant*" on the subject field, instead of only in the text field itself, for it's easier to keep track of everything like that (specially considering our gmail account's built-in search engine)

.::NOTE #2::. Free submission policy! Send us anything you like (AS LONG AS IT RELATES TO OPETH!)...Deviations, devID's, avatars, EVERYTHING! We all judge art, but NO ONE will judge your emotions, the way you see, hear and feel Opeth...

So please do submit!
